Again!

O.K. One more post about the morning glories and then I'll quit.  It was cool and cloudy today so I was able to get a couple good shots of them.  Before when the sun was out the colors wouldn't show up good.

I know I'm not the only person to grow morning glories but they have just been such a bright, happy spot in the yard this year and they grew so well ..........and you should have seen my pathetic vegetable crop.  Diane

All Day Long Glories

Everytime I walk out into the driveway I'm thrilled at the morning glories.  I've never had such pretty ones.
I wish you could see them.  The pictures just don't do justice and I
can't seem to get the right angle to show them good.  The entire section
of the fence is covered with them (in spite of my husband backing into it with his
pickup).  There's pink, dark pink, hot pink, lavender, blue, purple, and almost white.
They're growing so exuberantly that they're climbing right up into the pine tree above.  If they
had another month it's hard telling where they would go. And they don'tjust bloom
in the morning but all day long.

Heavenly Blues

Every now and then I have to slip in a picture of the Bighorns.
They were just spectacular today.

It frosted the night before last and many of the tender plants didn't make it.  The morning glories got nipped but they are still pretty.                                           Diane

A Good Day

A new flower popped open, a haircut that turned out good(mostly), mowed the lawn, mailed something to a friend, found some lovely peaches at the grocery store.  Plus I had time for a little nap.  Now is that a good day or what?                                                                                    Diane
