Early Christmas

 Here's the end result of the pottery painting that Amanda and I did last week.  I picked them up this morning after they were fired.

Aren't they pretty!!!  Bean did the big one and I did the little one.  I just love the red polka dots and the way they look so pretty together.  This is my Christmas gift.  I think I'll wrap them up to open on Christmas morning!                              Diane

I'm So Spoiled

Have you ever had a plate created just for you? Have you ever known that the potter who created the plate for you loved you very much and wanted you to have something created by her own hands in her own pottery studio? That she wanted you to love the color, in fact she asked you exactly what color you would like to have? That she then brought them to UPS with her own two hands and paid dearly so they would arrive in perfect condition? Well, I not only got one but NINE!
