Clearmont, Wyoming - Population 117 people at last count.
I had ridden down there (30 miles from Sheridan) with Leonard on a service call a while back.
In front of a two story old building which I'm sure was a main store in Clearmont at one time stood a simple sign.
I had my own mental image of a lady with a few bolts of cloth behind a counter in a dimly lit interior but I had to use the bathroom and I thought she'd probably be nice and let me borrow hers.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are very few shops that literally take my breath away, this one did.
Bright, sunny and absolutely filled with every color and texture imaginable!
Today I went back to get pictures, met and chatted with the proprietress, Julie and was just as enchanted as the first time.
Every nook and cranny and available space is filled with something interesting and inspiring.Floor cloths, aren't they pretty? She makes them.
