As I walked by my neighbors there was much activity in his flower garden. I stopped to take a photo of a butterfly and a little bird fluttered to my shoulder. Obviously, the photo didn't turn out well because I was so flustered. But what a glorious thrill.
Later that evening as I walked a huge shadow flew across my path. It was this owl (I'm sorry about the wires). A friend told me it was a Great Grey Owl. What a thrill that was. He just let me walk on by underneath him. All in one day!! Diane
