Just thought I'd post this flower page I finished today. The background isn't part of it, it's some of the great paper I got yesterday and I used it to lay the page on. Speaking of hollyhocks..................
......well, we weren't but I wanted to show you what I found in the alley today. Orchid colored ones! I'm going to watch these and gather some seed later on. Diane

That's exactly what I'd do - and have done in the past when I've seen a flower that I love. Keep an eye out for the seeds.
Your flower page is very pretty.
Gorgeous flower page, Diane......
AND the Holly Hawk is beautiful also...
Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Betsy
Diane, I love your flower page, how absolutely perfect for you!!!! Love that you planted seeds from Deena, that warms my heart....seeds from a friend! I wish I had some for you, I love hollyhocks! Especially the real dark ones...almost black, they are so pretty!
Have a great weekend my dear!!!
Hugs,

Hey Diane, I've missed visiting you. The good thing is, your posts are easy and fun to catch up on since they are sincere and to the point. Love the one that Rascal posted. And sharing flower seeds with friends is great. My aunt in Michigan and her twin sister in NC do the same thing. Right now we are in OH -- returned to Michigan from NY yesterday and then hit the road today for OH where my mom is. We will be here about 5 days. Best wishes to you and yours. Love your flower page (and brussel sprouts were what I had to sit at the table to eat when I was little -- I would be there for hours). :) Tammy
Diane, I love the page you did!! Such beautiful talent!! And yes, gather some seeds from the hollyhock, the color is so pretty! Have a wonderful week-end, I'll be back Tuesday!
I wish that my thumb was as green as yours!

That page is so pretty Diane! You are just so creative and talented!
It's wonderful - so many of my favorite flowers are mentioned on your flower page! And we were talking about Hollyhocks - it's #8 on your list! :) I love the color of the ones in the alley. Hmmmm, I wonder if they would grow here at 10,000 feet? They would look very pretty against the south side of the cottage!
Have a lovely weekend,
Zuzu
