Backyard in Early Morning

Where you see the one whiskey barrel with yellow pansies we once had a beautiful flowering crab. In the spring for a week or so it exploded with hot pink blossoms. Then a bad windstorm took it. I don't think the yard is completely comfortable with itself without the tree. I think it's filling in but it's taken a while. It's kind of pretty, especially in the early morning.
