You know what I'm talking about. I won't even go through the list of the things that are happening in our country and the world right now. I feel like I have to hold on for dear life to every joyful thing. The last blooming hollyhock and rose, my little dog, a cool day with no smoke, a lovely note in the mail. These things that brighten up our day are precious. I truly hope you are managing, too. Diane
It's hard to not think about all the craziness. Sending hugs your way.
ReplyDeleteI too am managing. It can be difficult but I look for joy every day.
ReplyDeleteHag onto to all that is good, for surely the good still outweighs the bad. Good to hear from you again.
ReplyDeleteI try and block out the craziness for sure! I do not watch the news or read the papers. I hunker down in my little paradise and try and find joy also. And I do! We got rain! Lots and lots of it and more to come. I am thrilled. :) Kit
