Does anyone ever get tired of looking at these gorgeous creatures? They just seem magical to me and to get a shot of one is a thrill, even though this one wouldn't turn and show off it's wings for me. Blessings, Diane
Now that I am older, I realize that it is better to gaze upon the beauty of a butterfly rather than to eat one. Yes, yes, I know I have become a wise old cat ;)
P.S. no worries, I would never, have never eaten a butterfly. "She" would never forgive me.
Whenever I see a butterfly I can't help but giggle like a little kid. They just delight me so! Each summer we have a monarch that flits by the front window each day. I swear they all belong to the same family. :) Kit
