If you're another one who reads Simple Abundance for the 18th (yes 18th!!) year you will recognize this as yesterday's subject.
I love this, don't you?
My mother liked to say that she became a really good cook when there was nothing in the house to cook. Incidentally, she made all of the beaded necklaces in the white box when she could still do that sort of thing. She made sure that we got one when we visited her at the nursing home.
Hope your day has been good. Diane

What lovely necklaces - and it looks like you have enough to pass along to your girls one day.
So true . . . all of it! Love Sarah - and I love Grandma's idea on getting creative in the kitchen. All of it so true. Love you! Bean
Yep! I reread Simple Abundance every year, too. Those necklaces are lovely! Hope you have a great week. Tammy
Maybe I need to let the pantry go bare then there would be some hope for me? :c)
The beads are so pretty, Diane!
And thank you for the reminder. I have been wanting to read this book, and will look for it at the library!
