Kairos

Sarah Ban Breathnach's Simple Abundance never fails to be uplifting.  Today I was rereading about the two different ways of time - kairos and chronos. 

Chronos is clocks, deadlines, watches, calendars, agendas, planners, schedules, beepers............Kairos is transcendence, infinity, reverence, joy, passion, love, the Sacred..................All that kairos asks is our willingness to stop running long enough to hear the music of the spheres.
