Smoke fills the western skies giving the sun a strange and beautiful color. Fires flare up daily all around us - Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, and the terrible raging ones to the south and west - the forests are dry as a bone. Today the temperature was 105 degrees and a hot, dry wind was blowing, drying everything out. It's supposed to be a little cooler tomorrow - I'll take it! Diane

Was the sun really that color? So sorry to hear about all the fires. It's just awful when they can't get them under control. Take care! Tammy
The sunsets have been so strange lately due to all of the smoke.
Today there is a 30% chance of rain - we'll cross our fingers that it will help the firefighters.
Wishing you a great day, Diane!

Zuzu

A pink sun is rather pretty, but not when it is because of fire and smoke.
