A Gift

Once again the pineapple chamomile is growing along the alley and dirt road.  It's about 3" tall - when you step on it the wonderful fragrance fills the air.  It doesn't seem to mind how many times it gets stepped on.  When it gets a little taller (around 6") I pull some bouquets, wash them very well, and hang them to dry.  They can then be used in potpourris or I save some in a jar to use for tea.

Do you have this where you live?  I hope so.  It's absolutely free and all you have to do is bend over and pick it.                                                                                   Diane

Seems to me that I have seen it.It looks pretty and that benefit of the smell must be great.

My girlfriend in Lebanon always has the most wonderful dried herbs for tea. I wish we had some of that pineapple chamomile here. Wishing you a great day. Tammy
