No, that's not snow YET! But it won't be long
There's snow above us in Montana and to the west of us
maybe in Idaho, too.
It was very chilly and wet all afternoon here and right now the
temperature is 39 degrees. Oddly, it seems to come at the right time.
An endless summer sounds wonderful but I don't think I'd like it, I like the change
of seasons, the time to put away the things of summer, tuck things in for the
winter and have a whole different outlook.
In case you haven't looked into
Heidi"s blog Bord and Butik hop over and wish herHappy Birthday. She live is Alaska where they know about the cold. Diane

Oh, I love 30 degree days. It's still well into the 80s here. Hope that your weekend is fun!

It's still 95 here, but is cooling off a little more at night. We had 24 days of triple digit temperatures this summer and 6 days at 99. So we are ready for some nice Fall weather. I'm sure we'll start complaining as soon as it gets a little too cold though...but I'm going to try not to!
Gee Diane, You are talking about COLD weather ---and our weatherman tonight has us having nothing but summer here all of this next week (with temps in the 90's)... That is horrible!!!! I want FALL---or would even choose WINTER over this hot stuff... Yuk....
Guess I need to move with Heidi to Alaska. ha ha
Hugs,
Betsy
That's funny . . . That was what was on my mind too!
Sweet birthday wishes to Heidi. I think she appreciates them!
Love you lots! bean
Wow Diane! 39 degrees. Don't know if we will ever get that low. Last winter was really mild. Never know what is in store for us. But cooler temps are still months to come arond here. I LOVE your header. I think it is time for me to do a change up on my blog too. Best wishes for your weekend . :) Tammy
Mercies, it probably won't be 39 here until December at this rate!
Oh your so sweet, we had 37 degrees this morning but beautiful sunny days after our dreadful summer we are all enjoying it.
I have to share on my field trip with Mimi's class I had a little girl lick her finger and shove it in my ear, to my shock. I had to laugh what a little nut. KIDs!
Lovely water droplets.Yes,it is time for a change of seasons, and I am ready for it.
