This little butterfly led me on a merry chase this morning before it finally decided to pose in the yarrow. Then it posed, and posed, and posed! I got shots from almost every direction. I don't know what it is - I'll leave that to some of you who know these things. Seems like someone once said they were cabbage moths. Diane
Beautiful, with the light shinning through the wings.
ReplyDeleteI hope you are enjoying the summer and all it has to give.

From the side view, I'd say a Cabbage White? Looks like it has the black spots on the wings like a Cabbage White, though it's hard to be sure without an open wing shot. Beautiful capture Diane!!
ReplyDeleteWell it's a pretty little thing, whatever it is Diane. What a beautiful shot.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
