How many times have you seen this little "weed" growing along the road or in the alley, driveway or underfoot? Do you know what it really is? Pick off one of the yellow heads and pinch it. The smell is heavenly. It's called annual, German or wild chamomile. I like to pick big handfuls of it when it gets taller, wash it, and hang the whole bunch to dry.
