It's over..........

I lost my beloved husband in the early hours of Sunday, August, 23.  His suffering is over.  He has fought the good fight and has gone to live with his Lord.  It's been a rough summer and I thank you for sticking with me and for your amazing support.  If you're interested in reading his service bulletin you can click on this link.   http://www.kanefuneral.com/obits?id=581        Diane

My thoughts and prayers are with you Diane. I know that even though you know he is not suffering any more, you still miss him. This is a beautiful picture of the two of you.

Before I even clicked on your post, I wondered if you were going to say this very thing. Leonard certainly put up a very good fight. I'm so sorry for your loss and am sending love and hugs and blessings of comfort and peace your way. Time for healing and self-care. Bless you, Tammy

I'm so sorry Diane. Though he is now in the presence of our Savior, I know this is a difficult time for you. Know my love and prayers are with you and your family in the coming weeks.

I came to your blog from Kit in Montanas' blog because of the name, and the photo posted.

I am truly sorry for your loss. Knowing that your dear husband is with Jesus will give you peace. It will not take away missing him though. This is another phase in this journey of life, and with God as your strength you will survive and thrive, even though you don't feel like it right now. Just take life one day at a time, keeping focused on Jesus and His great love for you.

Your dear husband is one of many cheerleaders/witnesses in heaven, cheering you on as you walk in faith.

I've been a widow for 33 months on the 9th, so I know how you are feeling right now. My heart aches for you.

May you feel the love, peace and strength of Jesus flowing through and surrounding you ~ FlowerLady
