The joy of it..........

Leonard was barely getting around a couple days ago but he wanted to be able to see one of our Canadian Red Cherry trees - the first one we planted. I picked a blossom so he could smell it and he made his way out the back door so he could see it and drink it in.  He was just awestruck at how beautiful it was.
The day we planted it in 2010.

It's a beautiful tree and I can understand the need to get up to see it with one's own eyes. There's just something about a tree that one has planted oneself!

I am glad Leonard was able to go out and see this tree for himself.

What a beautiful tree! I'm so thankful your husband got out to see it. That must have meant the world to you both. Hugs!
