Done!...........

After the devastating water damage that ruined the floor work begins on the cottage.  This nice guy painted it for us.  Rascal, of course, helped him.
Cathy and Perry came down from Billings.  Cathy was the gopher,
and Perry helped Leonard put a new floor down.
New paint job, new floor.  Actually, it never was completely painted inside.  When we were building it I was in too much of a hurry to get my stuff in and didn't take time to paint much.
And my stuff is back in.
I did some painting on the floor.

This was a birthday gift from my sweet daughter in law, Jess.  It's supposed to hold bird seed but she always sees that I have plenty of lavender so it was only natural to use that instead.

All done again.  I'm tickled to pieces.
A far cry from when Leonard built it in August 2006.  Rascal, of course, helped then, too.

So happy this little piece of your heart is whole again! The roses on the floor are beautiful and I love the lavender in the teacup! It looks so beautiful and all the loving hard work put into all aspects of it shows. Enjoy!! :-)

The roses on the floor are Awesome! 2006? I didn't realize the cottage had been there so long! Time for a face lift! Xo

It looks so very pretty, Diane! I love the roses on the floor and all the comfy details around the chairs. I'm so glad you have your cottage back - it has always been an inspiration to me. Perhaps in the new house I'll have a space like that.

Doing the happy dance for you! How wonderful that you have your space back. It looks fantastic and oh so welcoming! Mind if I stay for a while? You are serving catnip aren't you?!?
