A short time, but well worth it........................

The lilacs are in bloom - just beginning to open.  I wish each of you (who doesn't live near lilacs) could be here to experience the heady, intoxicating fragrance as well as the gorgeous flower laden branches.  I think that I'm going to have lilacs for my daughter's visit the first part of June - I hope.

I hope too! Ours are actually starting to bloom. Must be the earliest I have EVER seen them. I am excited to see yours and enjoy them with you! xo

I love Lilacs. To me they bring back memories of my youth and the long row of Lilacs we had around the yard.

I can't tell you how many times I've had my nose in the lilac bush today! Bliss!

I agree with Pondside. I have taken time to inhale every time I passed one of the bushes. Love the flower-love the scent. Your bouquet is beautiful Diane!

Pretty! I've never had lilacs before and they sure don't have them here. Have a good day, Tammy
