Hello, Little Cottage................

Today, the city bladed our street -  March 10th - right on time.  That's the day they always do whether, it needs it or not.  It was really a great sight, a sign of spring.

I was able to get through some of the ice to get to my cottage.  It's been surrounded by snow and ice for so long, I was afraid it might be soggy.  But it was as dry as a bone and more welcoming than ever.  I think there's another storm moving in but winter is losing it's grip.       Diane

P. S.  See that stepping stone under the one chair.  Amanda made that for me and finished it the day she was chased by the bear.  It's very special to me.

A visit to your special cottage must mean that spring is on it's way.

Oh gosh, we were just talking about Amanda's bear incident. We are lucky we still have her. Blessings!!! Your little refuge is wonderful. I can just imagine the feeling opening the door for the first time in the spring!
