Secret House

Has there ever been a place that you've drawn to although you've never even been inside?  Whenever you feel the urge to go away you think of that place and wonder if it would be possible?  Or just driven by a place and always known somehow that that place is calling you?

I have a few. Whenever we're out for a drive I look longingly at these and know that somehow they're just waiting for me.

This little spot above doesn't look like much but it sits back inside a fence and down a long side yard.  I never saw anyone there but sometimes I just drive by to look at it and imagine it as a little hideaway and it gives me comfort.

I love my own home.  These places are my fantasies. Thank you for letting me indulge in my daydreams.  I just hope you have some, too.     Diane

There is a house down the road from us, that I would love to go inside. It has such a cute character about it. I dream of someday having it for my very own. Not to happen, but it's ok to dream, right Diane!>

I like that house myself. SOmething about it..a lil rustic. needs a lil tlc. But yeah the color and the porch and back area. Possibilities! I too feel that way about unknown houses. One that sits on our main town road is older and has this certain shape and light blue color that draws me. When I go to my moms storage house to get stuff I gaze longingly at the neighbors back door. Its green and arched. I havent taken a pic yet but I hope to soon so I can add it to Inspiration board. There are houses that definately call to us and its fun having that secret vibe with them .

You are allowed to have fantasies,as we all are. It is fun to imagine what the inside of a place looks like.

You and I are certainly kindred spirits Diane. When I see a little place like this I have a longing feeling deep in my soul that I really can't explain.
Thank you for taking me to this little ink house.
hugs from me...
