Always charming...................

The Wild Sweet Pea (at least what I always called it) is a bright and cheerful wildflower that is abundant at this time of the year.  In case you're not familiar with the stuff in the background, it's Sagebrush which we have a lot of here.                Diane

Anything that grows wild and free is beautiful to me. :) Tammy

We had all kinds of wild sweet pea when we moved here, I wish we still did. Ours was pink, so fragrant! I love the yellow though, my favorite color.

We have wild sweet peas that grow on all the verges up here, but they are pink. Try as I might, I can't get them to grow near our house.

It took me two long trips across the prairie before I realized that sage grass was SAGE--like the herb sage. It is so fragrant and resilient. I love it. Thanks for reminding me of that moment. It feels like it just happened yesterday.

I LOVE this picture. Brings back sweet memories. I like it much better than the ones you did about the hail-bad,bad, bad. Love, Patsy
