What's Precious?

Things aren't, of course, I know that.  But I sure had trouble this afternoon as I sorted through a box of "things".  They've kind of outgrown the cabinet they were in and I was going through them as I packed them away.  "You could never get rid of this.....or this.......or this because..............
Most of them are little "things" I've found at a garage sale or that were gifts or that I've bought because I just had to.

The little chair came with a perfume.  Sorry I can't remember the name but it's from the 40's or 50's.  How could you ever get rid of that?  The bug is a family favorite, sometimes he's been known to sit on the hearth.  And the little Humpty Dumpty is part of a set and he's just stuck in my heart.  Do you have things like that - don't quite fit in anymore but impossible to not keep?       Diane

Oh yes, I sure do...and TGD doesn't let me forget about those bits and pieces whenever I tease him about his junk!

Well those three little things are very small and certainly won't take up too much space so I definitely think you should keep them out rather than packed away in a box. They are quite lovely. Even the bug.

I do have way too much stuff and really need to organize. Feel so tired right now though -- even took a 2 hour nap. I'll start somewhere with the sorting, one of these days, maybe. :)

Have a great day! Tammy

Oh, yes! I have a box that all my photo albums, old letters and cards, kid's art, and tiny treasures are in.

Priceless. :)

Have a happy one, Diane!

Too many things, Diane! Some I'd give anything to be able to part with, but my heart just can't do it.
