Flowers to some.....weeds to others

It just matters if it's pretty to you I guess.  These are along my neighbors fence and they are beautiful.  They spread like wildfire and become a real pain.  These, however, are at the other end of the block so I can enjoy them.  Hope you're having a peaceful and restful weekend.

My heart goes out to the people who are so threatened by the wildfires. Between the heat that we're all having, the heat from the fires, the smoke and their homes completely destroyed or threatened they have so much to deal with right now.  My prayers are with them.              Diane

I think these flowers are beautiful, but am trying hard to get them out of my flower beds. I have had to give up one flower bed because these plants took over.Still love the flowers, when they are not close to my yard.

This photo is so pretty Diane. I have these in the garden too, but I have been trying to get them away from my beds and put them out by the sheds. I don't even know the name of them, do you?
sending hugs...

I wish I had flowers like that! Beautiful! I've not been seeing much of the news. The wildfires seem to be going on and on. I wish a storm would head their way to help get it under control. Have a good week. Tammy

Flowers to me as I transplanted one plant into my cottage garden and am patiently waiting for them to spread out and fill in. :)

The wildfire west of us is now out, and there is a new one east of us. There is an arsonist who has started 20 fires in Teller county over the past week (don't know if they've caught him yet). My dad called so worried about it and I told him that we are prepared to move out quickly if we need to. Guess that's part of living anywhere. Tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, wildfires, earthquakes... When one door closes, another one opens - I know this from first hand experience. God has a much better plan for us than anything we can come up with, and I know that He will have one for everyone affected by these wildfires.
