A Little Bit of Gardening

Although I had my heart set on silver, I had to settle for this color
for my gazing ball.  The other choices were bright red and lime green.
I think it's O.K. It's kind of grown on me, kind of a restful color.
(What a contortion I'm in!)
What do you think?

These came from a dear friend and this is
the first year they've bloomed.  I thought they
were columbines and maybe they are, very
unusual, though.  I had to hold the face
up so you could see it, it has a
tendency to hold it's head down.

Have a good Memorial Day my dear friends.

Diane

I love the color Diane! And it looks so beautiful in your garden. Everything looks so lush and green there. We finally had some much needed rain here this weekend and I think things will green up nicely now. Our property with all of our pastures for the horses were needing some moisture to help the grass grow, so I am so glad it came when it did.

Your garden is beautiful. Are you looking forward to summer now? It is cold down here...I hope it stays that way.
Your little flower is just beautiful and sweet. Maybe it's a double columbine, but then, I don't know anything.

I wish I could make myself get out and garden more. I used to love to garden before my husband died.

Love your gazing ball. I think it is a perfect color. I have had one for about 10 years now. Bright gold and bought online by my husband. I just love them! Kit
