Gratitude - Surgery's Over

Just to let you know that Cathy (Catherine) is through with the surgery and will be going home tonight.  As far as we know it was successful, she'll know more next week when she has a doctor's appointment.  I'm thankful that it's over and that it sounds good.  I know there will be other treatments after this but this part, at least, is behind us.  Thank you so much for all your prayers and concern.  God is good.

I gave her the book that I made of all of you and your comments and prayers and she was so touched.  I was, too, as I pasted and wrote and put it together.   Again, I'm so thankful.           Diane

Get some rest now, Diane. I bet you're exhausted. Glad to hear things went well. It's hard to believe she has already gone home but isn't modern medicine amazing !!

Very good news, Diane! I hope she continues to do well. :)

My twin brother had surgery last week, and had a few ups and downs, but seems to be doing better now. It is such a stressful time for everyone.

We have about 4" of new snow with more coming, so I'm enjoying some time indoors visiting my blogs. It does look like it's coming your way - stay warm & happy.

Hugs,
Zuzu

Hi Diane, so glad to hear that the surgery is over. I pray that she recovers quickly and will be strong for the next round of treatment.

My afternoons have been so crazy of late, I haven't had time for visiting.

It's almost the weekend. What would we do without them? Hope your day is great. Hugs, Tammy
