A Moment

Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the ability to cope with it.            Anonymous
As I try to think of the best part of my day the thing that stands out is a few moments of peace sitting in the sanctuary/outdoor living space.  A few quiet moments with God.  Refreshing and centering.

Another good part was a chat with my neighbor - until she took off like a blue streak remembering that she had a pie in the oven.                         Diane

Love the white Irises, Diane. SO gorgeous ---and peaceful... Great quote... George and I have 30 minutes of worship together every morning --as we do our daily devotions. That makes the entire day much better!!
Hugs,
Betsy

You're like me Diane, I love my quiet time in the morning surrounded by nature. It makes the day start in a more pleasant way, and yes, very centering. Love the pictures.

Peace is not the absence of conflict but the ability to cope with it. WOW! I need to put that under my cap and let it percolate. xobean

Quiet moments for contemplation are my most favorite parts of every day. And if someone came over with a homebaked pie, that would be a great moment too. :) Have a good one! Tammy

Well the pie was edible as long as you scraped some of the Dutch Apple crumb topping off. Thank heavens i had lowered the cooking temp or I would have been in REAL trouble.
