My Stupidest Purchase to Date

These days I'm very careful with money.  I don't know why I bought this watering can.  Yes, I do.  When I saw it at the store it was displayed with other colors and I liked the way it looked rusted.  Plastic rusted.  I've tried to water with it and it works a little, for a couple pots. It's collapsible and I feel like I'm watering out of a purse.  The sad thing is that the darn thing will probably last forever.                                                                                        Diane

We probably all have a few purchases like that to add to the collection. You might be able to use it for some other decorative purpose. It really does look quite unique.

Ha! Probably looked like a unique way to water but the proof is in the pudding. :/ I use old plastic cat food containers to water the plants on my balcony. To heck with cute watering cans. My plants need a lot of water! Have a wonderful day. Tammy

I like Teresa's idea - drill a couple of holes in it and use it as a planter because you're right - it will outlast anything else in the garden!

Oh my gosh...LOL....that is so funny. Now I'm thinking we should all blog one of our most stupid purchases ever. I've got plenty of those. You are so brave to admit it. Your pansies are very pretty here and I like the blue ball. And who knows, maybe the watering can will become one of your favorite things one day. I'm going to think up what my most stupid purchase is....probably these haircuts I keep getting.
Love you dearly..have a good weekend. Rosalie

It is pretty, plant some flowers in it... or it could make a cool purse too!
You would be the talk of town, can't you just hear the busy bodies, "Does Diane know thats a watering can" with an eyebrow raised!
Have a wonderful day!

Actually I love it! Plant it full of violets or pansies, that is when you get tired of pouring water out of it!!!
We all have those moments....at least it was just one thing, right?!!!
Happy Father's Day!

Love the shape & color. Another idea would be to use it as a tote for your garden gloves & hand tools!

I wish I was outdoors gardening, but it is SNOWING here this morning. June 20. How rude!!! :)

Wishing you a lovely one, Diane!
