Oh to Be in England

This home is in our neighborhood and I thought this picture with the plum blossoms looks like England.  Well, at least MY England.....the one of Jane Marple,  Beatrix Potter, Rosalind Pilcher and Sara ban Breathnach.....the England in my mind.  If you're like me and you're in love with the romantic countryside there you might want to look at Robin and the Sage - Delila.  She lives in Finland and is now on a much dreamed about trip to England and has taken us along in her pocket.              Diane

Yes, it does sound like England, Diane... I have a blog friend who always posts beautiful photos of the little cottages in England with a yard-full of flowers all around them... SO beautiful.
Hugs,
Betsy

How fabulous!! This is a beautiful, English, shot. I have loved reading Thomas Hardy and other authors, just to 'be' in England, although I've never actually gone there. I think I'll check out Robin and the Sage-Delila and see what's up.
Hope you are having some nice [cool?]weather. The lilacs have finally bloomed down here and the tulips are still up. They're lasting a long time, don't you think?
