Slow, But Joyous, Spring

A few little flowers beginning to open on the forsythia.  It's exactly one month later than last year but what a  joy to see it.  It's been so cold here that the flowers just don't want to stick their noses out.

Oh how pretty.... I know you are really thrilled to see some spring flowers. It has been a long winter for you...

We are expecting more severe weather tonight and in the morning... GADS!!!!! Mother Nature needs to take a happy pill.

Diane, your photos are so refreshing and give me hope that Spring may just come here!!! I have missed so many of your posts, I shall have to back and get caught up!!! It does look like the weather is lovley down your way, I love the photo of the old rag rugs....reminds me of my Mom!!!
I am just getting over a bad flare up from my Lupus but I am feeling better everyday and it won't take long to go around and visit my blog friends and see what ya'll have been doing....like you goegous tag!!!!
