Deer Love

We were in the country taking pictures today.  This little fawn and his sibling were standing right along the road.  We all three fell immediately in love.  Is there anything more innocent and sweet looking?  Diane

They are so innocent looking. I'm happy that they can't get into my garden any longer, but I still like to see them in the woods. We're supposed to have a hard winter and I can't help but worry about them.

They are everywhere around here this year..... We had a momma and two little spotted babies running around for a while.. People were stopping and just watching... I think that people are so busy and so stressed that they need to feel the quiet peace that these little creatures bring........

Cute picture

I don't think so. :)

There are a few deer still visiting us - but before long they will head down to a lower elevation.

Wishing you a lovely Sunday, Diane.

So very beautiful! Walking by the school where I work, a huge Buck with a full rack went wandering by the windows on his way to who knows where. I was in awe. Kit

Hey Diane! So glad to see that Amanda is there visiting. For my 40th, mhy friends got together and painted a tiled mirror for me at the pottery place here called Color Me Mine. It then became a tradition over the next year, that we would meet and do the same for everyone's birthday. About 18 tiles, so everyone had a part in creating and painting the tiles. So much fun and something I will always treasure. Enjoy your visit and best wishes, Tammy
