Indian Summer

My memory isn't very long but I don't remember a beautiful fall like we're having.  It truly is an Indian Summer.  Above is my French Perfume rose which decided to go ahead and bloom.  There's new growth on the zinnias, the delphiniums are blooming again and the Stargazer lilies are even planning on blooming again.  I hold my breath, we know what's coming, but it's so exciting to see these flowers hoping for a debut!  Diane

What an elegant rose! We've had a wonderful few days up here - sunshine and blue skies. Of course, we know that the heavy rains will come, but this is a wonderful respite.

Beautiful rose, Diane.... Sounds like your Autumn is wonderful so far. That is good... Enjoy it NOW before the cold weather gets there.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Betsy

God sure has a way with color doesn't He Diane? This rose is gorgeous. Hoping for an Indian Summer here, though all my flowers are long dead. I'll enjoy yours though!

How wonderful, Diane!

It has been beautiful here too, but the aspen leaves are about 1/2 gone & the weatherman is predicting possible snow next week. We'll see. For now, I'm spending as much time outdoors as possible!

Enjoy your fall!

Don't guess we'd notice or enjoy them nearly as much as we do if they were here year round? :c)
