Jupiter

Just for the fun of it I tried to capture Jupiter last night.  As you know it's the closest it's been for 46 years.  This was taken with my little Canon PowerShot A550.                          Diane

Just goes to show that you don't need the biggest and most expensive to get the shot. I'll have to out and see if I can spy Jupiter tonight.

Wow is right.....I didn't realize it was so close....where am I living? Ha ha...I will be sure to look tonight, it is supposed to be clear.

Fantastic photo :-) I love the blue colour, the pic I took was a dull grey :-(
