Changing Seasons

Ever so quietly another season is settling over the land.  As the years go by I am continually amazed that the seasons know when to change, the wind knows when to turn cold, the leaves know when to turn to golds and reds, and the birds know that it's time to think about going south.  It's a miracle.

We're blessed to live near the creek and can watch all the different moods, soft golds in the fall, bare branches and ice in winter, buds and raging water in the spring and slow and lazy water with kids playing in it in the summertime.  Here it is today, showing some of the changing colors.  Diane

Beautiful photo, Diane. I would love to see this same picture during all 4 seasons.. I'll bet you have those pictures somewhere.... But --this one is gorgeous... I'll bet it will even be prettier when your colors change even more.

Thanks for sharing..
Hugs,
Betsy
