Reading Pictures

One of the best parts of art journaling is running across pictures that are fun to use.  There are so many out there.  I love this woman.  I wonder what the story is.  I wonder what she's thinking about.  Although you should be able to read the expression on her face, somehow it could be a lot of things.  Or maybe it's as simple as her plopping that hat on her head and saying "Well, what do you think?  Is it me?"  What do you think about this picture?     Diane

She reminds me of Mr. Drysdale's secretary on Beverly Hillbilly's! I think her name was Miss Hathaway. Interesting picture!

She looks like some of my Great Aunts ---who were old-maid school teachers... BUT-my aunts didn't wear hats.. They had one of the big ole buns on the back of their heads... ha ha ha

She looks like a woman who has seen every kind of hi-jink that kids can think of, and she's not about to be taken in.

Diane do you ever wonder what generations from now will think of our pictures and our styles? This lady looks like an interesting character, someone I would love to get to know for sure.
I loved the picture of you and your daughter Brenda. I can sense the love you have for her and I just love that Diane.
Thank you so much for the beautiful comment you left for me today. I don't know if you can know how much it meant to me, but I really appreciate you and your friendship.
hugs to you
