Pinecones and Roses

Morning

I went out early and caught the sun playing with the flowers.  This corner of the yard has phlox, perinnial bachelor's buttons, sunflowers, baby's breath, a variety of sunflower, day lilies, bee balm, yarrow, old roses, lilies, lavender plus a few I can't remember the name.   I'm also trying to get two butterfly bushes going.  Believe it or not, I have stepping stones to get around but it's like a jungle.                    Diane

What a pretty garden Diane, I really need to get outside and get mine groomed. It's been so hot and humid here that the thought of doing any of it make me ill! Soon though! Well, before the first snow I hope! Anyway, I love the way the sun hit your flowers, a perfect picture! These cameras are too fun aren't they!?

Dear Diane, your garden is so beautiful, you have such a green thumb and a pure love of all things growing! I admire your spirit and your beautiful soul.
I know that the loss of Phoenix was especially hard on you.... but look at that beautiful space that you have grown and know that it came from your hands and was guided by your heart...
The sun shining on it makes it look so peaceful and inviting!!!
Hugs my sweet friend!

Gorgeous picture Diane! I Love the morning light the best. Everything looks so clean and fresh. Your corner in the morning is glorious.
I loved reading your thoughts yesterday. What you are saying is so true. Sometimes I say my 'face to face' friends and my 'blogging' friends, but what I literally mean are 'my friends' period, for they are both as real as real can get.
I feel blessed by both in the same way. I count you a treasure!
