A Special Day

Amanda Anne was born on this day 40 years ago. Since that day she has always been a constant joy. I don't know where she got her wit and sense of humor or her style or her amazingly beautiful heart. I've seen it again and again - anyone, human or animal, who comes near her feels loved and precious. I think of it as a golden glow which surrounds her. Happy Birthday, Bean, I love you, Mom.

Having a daughter is one of the greatest blessings. What a lovely tribute to your daughter - a birthday gift you gave to yourself forty years ago!

Obviously, she got it from you Diane! I love this picture of the 2 of you, she's lucky to have all this passed on to her. Where did her nick name come from?

I love this picture of the two of us too! We both look so young! And I love the purple, and how you are wrapping your love and protection around me! I always feel it . . . I love you so much, thank you for all of your wishes and love on my birthday. xobean
