....................$2.00!..................................Diane! There she sat on a table with other treasures at a garage sale recently. Not shabby enough I told myself, the wrong colors, the wrong style. And still. I picked her up again. Set her down. Walked away. Came back and picked her up again. I loved the way she held the tiny bird in the softness of her hands, and she had angel wings. All of a sudden I knew she was mine. I'll put her in my cottage and whenever I look at her I can remember that the creatures, deer, birds, dogs and cats, horses, eagles, mountain lions, elephants - all of God's creatures are held dear and special to Him, too, and He loves them and me and you more than we can ever imagine.
