When we were in the mountains I found this little nest. I started to turn it over but Leonard (always the cautious one) said "leave it alone, it's a mouse nest or some other little creature." It had been under the snow all winter. I wish I knew exactly what it was. Have a great day. Diane

I think I would have thrown caution to the wind and taken a little peek!! I've always been nosy!

Yep, your hubs is over-ruled on this one. I would have looked at it too, but then, I like to see how others live.hehe
I am so sorry to have missed your birthday Diane. A little late but I hope it was full of joy. From reading your past posts it was for sure. I am so glad that you were able to go back to a place that has meant so much to you. That is such a special way to spend a special day. Did you mark the spot so you can find it again? I love going back to places that bring all the memories of my childhood back. I have seen the pictures you have shown of your youth and you seem to have had a wonderful family. I have been blessed as well. Such wonderful memories to relive every chance I get.
hugs
Thanks Diane, I love getting your comments. I think we could be good friends if we lived a little closer. Do you live anywhere near Sheriden(how do you spell it?)? I have an aunt there.
Yeah I have to say I would have sneaked a peak myself! Ken would have said the same thing though Diane,
I would have peeked. I found a robin's nest in a blue spruce and waited until the end of Fall to remove it from the tree. Hubby thought it was creepy that I wanted to have it indoors, but I think nests are beautiful.
Have yourself a wonderful day, Diane!
Hugs,
Zuzu
I'm with you, Diane! I'd have peeked too!
