Special Girls

It wouldn't be fun to go to the Salvation Army if it wasn't for these two. I always go the day I know they'll be working because it just makes the whole visit an experience. If they weren't there I might find some treasures but it wouldn't feel as good. Diane

I can relate to this one.We used to have a store in town that carried everything from shoes to cake mix, crafts and much more.I often went in to visit with my friends. All the staff were so friendly.I sure miss this place.
Blessings,Ruth

oh, Helen looks so cute! Tell her "hi" for me. If I were there, we'd have coffee and then head out to SA for a little conversation and good deals with the ladies. xobean

The previous two comments were just what I was going to say....it adds to the pleasure of the visit when you know and like the people you're going to see. I can tell by the smiles that these ladies have a good sense of humour!

It's why I visit so many places that are sort of out of the way. It's all about the people!

I was a case worker for the Salvation Army for 9 years and the highlight of my day was to walk over to the thrift shop and see what treasures had come in!...... Those two look like fun little gals!

I am back to blogging and just had to hurry over here..... Also I am putting your book in the mail to you first thing next week...... Thank you for lending it to me...
