Sparkles

The sun came out for a little while causing every snowflake to sparkle like a diamond. (You can see the diamonds if you blow this up) It peeked through the branches of the old pine in the back yard and the snow started falling off of the branches. It looked like swirling bits of gold everywhere. It really was a pretty day - looking at it from inside. Outside it was very cold.

Diamond dust! How pretty! I have been seeing some of this as well,but unfortunately I was driving bus at the time so there was no chance to get a picture.

Beautiful pictures of the snow, Diane. We had snow last night---and again tonight.. It's so pretty when it falls. I love the great big flakes!!!!

I don't think there is any prettier sight in Winter than when the snow sparkles like this. Your pictures are beautiful Diane.
