On the Other Side

Snow this morning and it was coming down pretty fast for a while. In this picture the roof line is actually straight but the ruffly look is from the way the snow has melted on it.
It struck me today that we're through January. I don't know why it took me four days to figure that out! Now that we're in February maybe we can look forward to not such frigid weather, I hope.
Did you know that February 2nd, two days ago- Candlemas Day is the midpoint between winter solstice and the vernal equinox? So we are on the other side! Diane

Yes--several blogs talked about Candlemas this week. We are headed downhill now---on our way to SPRING...

We've got a cold rain tonight.. I'm just glad it is not ice.
Hugs,

Yea, hooray! My daffodils are already sticking their heads above the ground in the bed at my mailbox. Won't be long! :c)
