Paperwhites

I, like many of you, love paper whites at Christmas and I love the woodsy smell of them.
My husband likes the way they look but he hates the smell. When I have paper whites he walks through the room and stops in his tracks - "Peeeew, what's that smell?"
"Paperwhites" I say.
The next day he walks through the room -"Peeeew, what's that smell?"
"Paperwhites" I say.
And it just goes on and on like that. I don't think he likes the smell. Diane

Diane this cracked me up!!! Are you sure my husband isn't your husband?! This is exactly what happens every year here. He hates the smell and is always asking what is that smell. You'd think after ten years of me forcing these things he would finally remember that smell.
He got lucky this year because I got hyacinths this Christmas instead.
Heres to our men!
hugs

I have never seen one or smelled one.. but I am so curious now I am going to seek them out! Is it something I can find here in Oklahoma?

Wishing you and your family a Christmas filled with joy that only the Christ can bring.....
