You Know It!

The only day- - - the only day I take Rascal for his walk that I decide to leave my camera.........yes you know the rest of the story.

Anyway, the only day I decide that I've already photographed the deer, the wild turkeys, the chokecherries, the bugs, the birds, the clouds, the fall leaves, spring leaves, winter snow, all of it so there's no sense taking it today.

A huge shadow covers me as I visit with one of my neighbors on our walk and it's the biggest OWL I've seen. The wing span had to be 36".

That is usually what happens Diane...it seems when you don't take that camera with you, the perfect and most beautiful opportunity seems to come along. It has happened to me many times, lol.
Have a wonderful day and keep that camera in your pocket:)
