Who's Feather is This?

Walking along the creek bank I spied this beautiful little feather less than an inch long but so perfect in every way. Hmmm. I wonder who this belongs to.

I didn't have to look far. Back in the shade of the south forty were several wild turkeys enjoying the shade. They're a little hard to see but they're there. The next day I walked around there and found several beautiful large turkey feathers. Diane

You take very very good pictures! That feather looks wonderful and I thought that it was much larger.... I need to learn to take pictures like that.......

I have missed coming here and hope to be back in the blog next week!

Beautiful feather, Diane. I found a pretty Blue Jay feather on my deck this week. It was just perfect--like yours.

Have a great day tomorrow.
