Memories of Alaska

I took over 600 pictures when I was in Alaska. Of course I did a lot of editing and eliminating but many of them I wanted to be able to keep in an album. You probably already know about Shutterfly, I created my own book and put all my favorites in it and ordered it from them. It's so beautiful.
I made the cover the beautiful opal blue of the glacial waters. It sits on my coffee table along with this wooden bowl which holds some beach rocks and a piece of driftwood I picked up on Homer Spit. There's also a wish rock which Amanda picked up and gave to me. It's the one with the white ring all the way through it. The beaded necklace is not from there but from Delila at http://therobinandthesage.blogspot.com in Finland. The beads are the same opal blue. Isn't it a gorgeous color? Blessings, Diane

Hi Diane, Glad you have your photo album... I don't do albums anymore ---but opt to put all of my pictures online --either on my blogs and/or on photo pages online..

I wish I could see your pictures. You haven't posted many of them for us... I know that Alaska is a gorgeous place. SO glad you went --and have such great memories. I'd be looking at that album 24/7.

Hugs,
Betsy
