Back to the Flowers

Bear with me, this isn't a boo hoo story. I've been having an awful time with my feet. They've hurt so bad I could hardly walk. I've been to the orthopedic doctor, the foot doctor, my chiropractor. The foot doctor built me orthotics. I still could hardly walk, literally, when I took Rascal for his walk around the block sometimes I didn't think I was going to get all the way back.

For three years I have stumbled around the yard trying to work in the yard and my flowers, getting very little done.

Then my husband said "Why don't you go get a pair of shoes that feel good." Hmm. I found some. Tevas. When I tried them on they felt like clouds. I bought one of each color they had.

I can walk now. I can do my flowers. Life is good.

My, is there anything better than a wonderfully fitting pair of shoes?? I know people probably get tired of seeing me in the same two or three pairs of Dansko shoes, but... oh, well! :c)

I am glad you found your perfect pair of shoes.

The pic of the rose is just so pretty!
