High Country

Today as I drove over to see Mother I stopped my car a couple times just to sit in awe of these beautiful mountains. You'd think that growing up around here I would take them for granted but I never do. They look different all the time. In these pictures which I took today you can see snow capped peaks way back in the high country. God bless you, Diane

Majestic aren't they? When I lived in Maine I loved taking rides just to look at the mountains and oceans. It was worth any distance I drove.

Diane, how absolutely gorgeous! I am so happy that you have these mountains in your life! And thank you for sharing with this Florida girl. Sigh. I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day - you AND your mother are beautiful!!
