My Honey Man

My neighbor, especially when she was remodeling her bathroom, had her tile man, her sheetrock man, her tree man and many more. I only have one, my honey man. I've known him for many years and our friendship grew out of my love affair with honey. He has a small place outside of town where he has his honey house and a few hives as well as room for a huge garden, with which he feeds his entire family. Besides endlessly talking about bees he's an ecologist and practices the use of non chemicals on his property. One day many years ago Mrs. Honey Man was having a garage sale at their home and that's when I got acquainted with them. They had an indoor transparent beehive and a tube leading to it from the outside. You could watch the bees coming and going through the tube. It was endlessly fascinating.

Hope you've had a honey of a day.

God bless you, Diane

Cute post, Diane. I love HONEY too... But--- my Honey Man (my hubby) gives me his honey (kissies) ---but not honey straight from the hives...

Hugs,
Betsy
