Juncos?

They said we were going to get snow and we did! This little guy was hopping around in the dog tracks first thing this morning, looking for seeds. I threw my coat on and waded out in the knee deep snow to clear their feeders. He continued to eat off the ground and was soon joined by two others. They're beautiful!

God bless you, Diane

They say that Juncos love snow and cold weather. I saw a group of Juncos when we were in Arkansas. It was SO cold there (Ice Storm) and those Juncos seemed to 'love' it...

Hugs,
Betsy

They have so much color variation, and are such sweet little birds. Glad they came to visit. :c)

Knee deep!? I hope that's the end of it Diane, and I'm sure this adorable little junco feels the same way!

Gosh. It's Spring in England, Diane. Though you can never be sure that winter won't bite back at any time!
